All services are delivered as per client agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse or violation of our terms.
2. Payment Terms
- All services must be paid in full before or immediately after service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are accepted via online invoice, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.
- The standard service fee for basic troubleshooting starts at $200, unless a different rate is discussed.
3. Service Delivery
- Services are delivered remotely or on-site (where applicable).
- QuickFix4U ensures the highest level of care, but we do not guarantee a 100% resolution in cases of hardware failure or third-party software limitations.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate system information and access where required
- Cooperate during remote sessions or troubleshooting
- Refrain from illegal or harmful activity through our services
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:
- The issue remains unresolved and falls within our agreed scope
- The client raises a valid complaint within 48 hours of service delivery
Partial refunds may apply at our discretion.
6. Privacy Policy
All client information, login credentials, and system details are kept confidential. We do not sell, share, or misuse client data under any circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuickFix4U is not liable for any:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages arising from system failure or misuse of software
Clients are encouraged to maintain regular backups.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
